Every dated sale in last Friday’s edition has ended, and this is the week the Friends & Family events arrive: Talbots, J.Jill and Gap Factory all run one, and Ann Taylor went from an extra 50% on sale to 50% off everything. Two of last week’s offers are gone without a replacement worth printing. Nordstrom Rack’s extra 25% on denim ended on October 12 as its banner said it would, and the only offer on the Rack’s banner today is a reward for Nordstrom cardholders, which is not a discount most readers can use. Spanx no longer shows any sale offer on its home page, and Athleta’s only offer is for opening its credit card. Two stores are new to the page: Everlane, which has an extra 20% off markdowns, and Boden. One note on Soma: the 40% off pajamas and lounge is printed on every product it applies to, but Soma’s terms carry three different end dates — October 16, October 19 and November 11 — and the page does not say which belongs to which offer, so we give no date rather than guess one.
